1 organic synthesis of R & D personnel 4-6 people

Job requirements:

Responsible for the development of specific organic synthesis research and development projects, strictly comply with the correct and safe operation of the process. And at any time to project the person in charge of feedback project progress;

Strictly comply with the operating procedures and experimental procedures, as well as the laboratory of various instruments and equipment, the correct operation of the standard process, and in accordance with the requirements of the regular maintenance of equipment and equipment;

Good command of scientific research management system and standard operating procedures, and conscientiously implement.

Job requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry, experience in organic synthesis is a plus;

Be able to operate independently and deal with all kinds of organic synthesis reactions; familiar with HPLC, GC, NMR, MS and other analytical results;

English level four or above, be able to skillfully search, use of various types of chemical literature in English is preferred;

Good team work spirit and communication skills;
